I heard that if you put an SD Card into an android phone, it results in more ads being played on money making apps. Is this theory true?

well, what i would think is that more data storage for app data buildup and app cache can be stored, allowing the app to run longer and crash less frequently. At least that's what i think would happen. Do I know if this works? No, but i would like to test it out as soon as these phones start actually making money.
