Choice between 2 phones

I have a BestBuy giftcard from Koinme and want to reinvest in more devices
These 2 looked ok for lowest price, anyone used these?

I would go with the ZTE. I have several ZTE phones and they are great. I may have to get one if these! Plus it's 6.0 operating system. The Alcatel phones are not compatible with most perk apps, if you are using those.

Mostly doing rTV and YooLotto, I am just starting, only have 2 phones and 1 tablet
