I can not seam to Root these Phones

Bought a bunch of LG Optimus Zone 3 phones from walgreens at 15$ a phone and i Can not get a root program to work on them I must be doing something wrong.
I get it to run through program and them it always says it can not root the phone.

yes also tried towelroot and root genius maybe i need a special version of kingroot.
