Questions for anyone who is good at organization.

I have been out of the farming game for a month or so and I am wanting to finally get my setup organized. I currently have 16 working devices but very little space to store them in. Here are some pics of my setup:
My desk:
All 16 phones are going to be on this top shelf of my desk Seen Here http://i.imgur.com/00FII9p.jpg ( with room for expansion on the bottom shelf, I just have to clean it,lol). I have 2 USB hubs (a 6 port and 5 port one) http://i.imgur.com/azBHQYG.jpg. I have to buy a 10 port hub and am going to use the 6 port along with it.
I have had all of the phones in this spot before I took a break and the cables were driving me insane. (btw this is the only place in the house i can keep the phones for now). What can I use to make my area less cluttered yet still efficient?
Any help is appreciated!

make sure the phones can breath (airflow). don't turn them on and lay them on a table top running 24/7. they will run hot and lessen their lifespan at best, and be dangerous (fire) at worst. I keep mine sideways with a fan blowing across both sides 24/7

Hi, I'm suggesting you get a wire cd rack for your shelf that you can slide the phones into every second slot or so, then there would be air flow, and with say 2 racks beside each other, you could fit plenty of phones. Then I would use twist ties, zap straps, or velcro cord wraps to pull all the wires together, and have them run out the rear of the rack and down. If you can drill, then drill a 1 inch hole or so, in the desk shelf or side, to run your cords out, or your usb cord through. If you ran your cords out you could hide your usb hubs under the desk or something. Depends on how long your usb wires are. You could mount the USB hubs to the inside top of that shelf, run the wires up the racks, and have the USB hubs and all the connectors kinda tucked up and out of site. For mounting the USB hubs, you could use some " plumbers all-around" and a couple screws. Good luck, I hope some of this gave you some ideas.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I believe that I am going to go with the cd rack idea. I also ordered some 1 ft Monoprice USB cables and I am going to mount my hubs on the side of my desk ( i'm still thinking about how i'm going to mount them though).

I have my setup in a dish drying rack! Seems to be very useful, less cluttered, and mobile if I do need to move it! I've added a little bit to it since I made it but, Here's a picture of my how I orignially had it! https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... =3&theater

Thanks! I just looked up "charging station" on pinterest and found a bunch of 'family' phone charging area ideas! It's been really great, and it holds up to 12 devices!

I will look into it, as I am about to set something up soon. Thanks ! I was also considering CD racks. I'll check out a thrift store and see what I come up with.

That's a thought too! Maybe I could do something like that for after I exceed my 12 device count, provided it works well for you.
