To be honest it could be the case of buying a wifi extender that could fix the job for cheaper

 i have 10 mbps and i have a WiFi extender but have to worry about lags and freezing somebody told me its because of my bandwidth

 Bandwidth is a major factor. If it's 80 plus all the time, consider upgrading

 Sure thing, router is up high on my grandpas shelf, so I gotta get a chair to see the router, but he's in his office all day lol
