Both are the same app. I've had this app for at,east 2 months, and made 30 dollars a month, all you have to do is spin a wheel and do some scratch cards. Coins are free and coins are the way to buy scratch cards. I hope no payment proof but this app is 100% legit.

 Yes I did, every single time. Be sure your PayPal email is correct though, or else it will not pay
