Can i download pop quiz on 2 devices, and have my brother play it simultaneously with me to earn perk points faster? Or will that be pushing the line with perk? I feel i can earn perk points really fast answering trivia in lightning round, to have both devices do that, i can easily rack up 500 or more in an hour.

Yes you can have it on up to 5 devices I think.

Theres no hard limit on devices per app but the rule of thumb in the perk community seems to be 5 devices per perk app as that used to be the limit specified in the perk TOS

I wouldn't try to have any more than 5 like I said because they are very strict about it and will ban you if you abuse their system.
