I just got 2 LG Tribute HD's for $19.99 from Best Buy with their early Black Friday sale. I'm not sure if its just for card members or not but the promo code was TRIBUTEDEAL if anyone wants to snap that up.

I would sign up fry's promo deals because I been getting emails of there sales & there pretty good so far. Also there LG Optimus Zone 3 for sale for $19.99 they work great.
