Quad Core 1.1 GHZ processor (Same processor as Zone 3's)
RAM - 1 GB (compared to 1.5 for Zone 3)

I also saw them at Walmart when i was there today for $22.99. I'm guessing you could price match it and save a few dollars off your shipping and wait time.

 I picked it up at best buy and they do offer store pick up near you and the total of the phone including tax was $21.49 & if you want just do shipping I don't know how much is that going to cost.
