AppTrailers Redeem Problem!

Hello, i've linked my payoneer credit card to my paypal to verify my paypal account and then i've redeem on the new apptrailers app for instant paypal but i did't recived my money (i've redeemed like 3-4 days ago). What could be the problem? The card is from Master Card, it's verified and i have money on that card!

i dont have my acount verified and they and perk pays them
And what is the problem then? How long does it takes for you to get your money on your paypal?
