Rewardable TV Redemption History
I've cashed out several times on RTV since 7/20 and have yet to be paid. I can't seem to find a way to view my cashout requests to see if they are in a pending state or if there is some other problem. Where can I find this?

I have been e-mailing their team for about two weeks trying to get my account that I signed up through IOS to login on Android. The replies I get are incredibly unhelpful and we've virtually had the same conversation over and over for a week.
Sad because I make about a dollar a day in about three hours on my iPhone. Would love to start earning like that on my Android devices.

I just got a email today this is what they said on quote.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. There have been some minor bugs that our development team is working on fixing immediately.
-We need a screenshot of the issue,
-The location of the task (if it's a physical task)
-Your Phone Model (EX: iPhone, Samsung Galaxy)
-Type of OS and version of OS (EX: IOS 7.1, Android 4.1)
-Version of Rewardable you are running (This can be found under the "Support" tab)
After we have that information, we will be able to further assist you as well as prevent further problems in the future.

Good news I just got a Update for android users the rewardable tv works now along with the ad's and i'm getting acorns at this moment I don't know about paypal situations but let's see I'll cash out soon if there's anymore problems I'll let you guys know and along with the email from the team by quote.

Yeah my both LG phones are not working and I just email them yesterday & I never heard from them back yet I'll probably get a email from them on Monday if not i'll let you guys know but in the meantime i'm using one LG phone and my iPhone (Main Phone) and it's working at the moment. "This will be fixed by Wednesday with a new update. We're sorry for the inconvenience"
I don't know about the iOS version & I see I got a new Software Update for to fix security issues so only I could say let's pray if the android and iOS of thus update that it won't have any more problems with this app hopefully if you guys have any more concerns with this app in the future let me know I'll email them right away with any issues at all.
