How do you update from iOS 7.1 to 9.1

I have an iPhone 4 and it's at 7.1, but I need to update to 9.1 for certain apps. I would still like to jailbreak it again though. Please help! If it's possible..

Hum... You can't, its an old phone and the software isn't compatable with 9.0 and up.
