Does anyone know of a good video explaining how to set up vpn to router to remote control access phones from outside of the home ?

I use the App Onavo VPN on each of the devices, then when I am away, I download the same app on my main phone, then connect my main phone to the Onavo VPN, in which I can control my devices off my home network.
