So there's a site called Rewards1 where you do surveys when you sign up.
Each survey pays you around $0.75-$1.25 on completion

What I suggest to do is when you sign up go to the Earn tab then go to Surveys and click on Your Surveys. Then switch to router surveys since they usually are the easiest to complete

You can also cash out your points for a reward (gift card or anything really)
So really, you can cash out in any way you want.

Yes I'm pretty sure it's fully worldwide.
But I'm also sure that some countries will get less surveys than others.
