I hope this is the problem, I think you are right because i am having lots of troubles with MintVine but EarnHoney too..
 If none of that works, try emailing them the problem and see if they can fix it. It may be your location too, and when your trying to qualify for one, answer yes on all the answers, and for the income do like 50-75k, works well for me like that.

Thanks very much. I asked them but they dont really answer. It's maybe because I am from France.. If you are not from the USA, Canada or UK, it's much more difficult..

 I can try emailing them for you, or you can create an account thats from the USA, it wont change anything i believe, if want to try that go ahead.
