 Somewhat. It does have an "Are you still watching?" popup every few hours but otherwise, you don't have to advance between videos and the ads are built into the native video player (on iOS at least, not sure about Android) so none of the ads have X buttons.

 No, but they do have Visa Prepaids which is pretty good and checks by mail.

You can but on the webpage you still have to click the play button. So it won't work entirely.
