I usually get an invite sent to my email to go do a survey, activate, etc. At the moment you only get points on what you do on the website. It very easy task most take a few minutes to do and the points come pretty quick. When I am cashing out my points for a gift card that too come quick to my email address. So this would be something maybe to do in your spare time. I don't cash out daily if that answer your question and the website is not set up that way to cash out per day. Not yet anyway.
