They are using some algorithm, i think so! So that can they earn money from their ads account. And they don't won't to divert people to other network or channels from their website.
 So you can't earn money, yet?
 I have completed watching 10 hours, referred people to earn 20% commission, Now I have earned 2000 tokens and the only thing is to watch 5 hours in a week and wait till the nov 24 to redeem. As its a huge massive website so it has to follow many rules in order not to get banned from advertisers.
 November 24 is some time away. Please do send payment proofs if you do receive it
