problem with the video app
Hello,
My problem is that no video including Youtube won't play on my phone anymore. I tried clearing the cache and I've also did factory reset, but nothing worked. Everytime I go on Youtube and try to view a App Trailers video the video just keeps spinning and then freezes, and once I leave the app, it says "Youtube isn't responding." And everytime I try to watch app trailer videos from downloaded apps the screen goes black.
Does anyone know what the problem may be and can it be fixed?
