Glad someone has luck with that app. I tried it on 3 different phones and for the hours it ran, never saw a single point. Would always tell me... "just one more video"
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Checkpoints points have declined a bit but I still use it. Most days it runs fine and the more phones the better up to 10 phones is the limit. And don't forget to check in everyday on each phone. You can get up to 60 points or more depending on location.
