Download GiftCrush and get paid just for using your phone!
How it works: Download the GiftCrush app, set up a profile, and enable the data connection. We’ll pay you up to $60 per year in gift cards, just for using your mobile device.
At the same time, you’ll also help brands understand what consumers do and don’t like on mobile. But rest assured, we never track your personal data, just aggregated trends across our panel of hundreds of thousands of mobile users.
I was testing it out to see if it worked and slowly but surely it does. I don't remember but i think you get your first dollar withing a week.

That's not a refferal, this app currently doesn't have a refferal program. Yes you just install and leave this app alone once the time is up for your gift card you just click on it and you get sent a confirmation email, and you receive your giftcard.
