Just checked my balance as I was close to a 10 dollar cash out and poof my balance was gone. Anyone else have this issue?

Yelp, 3000 acorn just vanish over night and i email them and never got a response back now i am trying to get cash out which i have to wait 10 days for a review as i am waiting those 10 days to get paid i have collected enough acorns to collect again. The best thing i can suggest is to screenshot your acorns points at the end of the day and you will have proof this is happening.

My friend mentioned something about acorns disappearing also. And the fact they never respond to emails too...rofl. BAD customer support imo
