 Well this is embarrassing. $0.50 last October then I deleted it. I reinstalled it a few days ago and PayPal was there. Now it's not.

I received an email from them stating that PayPal withdrawals has been removed for those who play outside the US and some states. I'll try to find the email and post it here.

 Yeah I was surprised at that. One minute I don't have PayPal and I reopen the app and its there again.

 It may just be a display glitch. Have you tried redeeming?
