Google Rewards is an app made by Google, where you answer very simple questions and get Google credits!
The questions are usually very short, and you earn quite a bit. I once earned 30 cents for a 1 question poll!

What I love about this is that the questions are short and easy, and you (almost?) always get approved
It's only in the Google Play store right now from what I know!

Awesome, Adding this to my main phone!!! How many questions do you get per day? What is the least you made and what is the most? What is the redemption amount and options? This sounds nice and easy to me!
