I got my $25 in my e-mail. What they do is e-mail you when you purchase it. You have to reply to the e-mail they send you to confirm. I just say like, "I'm confirming my $25 gift card, my name is blahbblahblah..." After a few days you'll get it. You can redeem it online or in person at the store. I have mine saved through Gyft wallet. As for the video section, I found only channel 1 runs continuously.
