You can find this on Google Play.
It is a brand new app,and it has between 500-1000 downloads.
You can register using your email,Google Plus or Facebook account.
There are plenty of offerwalls you can earn from.
I prefer the watch videos section(Unity,AppLovin,AdColony).
They give 6 points per video.
The minimum cashout is 10$-equal to 13.000 points(PayPal,Amazon).
Not saying it is worth it,but I will give it a try.
Its more better than other apps in the same category.

 No not really as it's similar to apptrailers. 200 videos is around $1 therefore 2000 videos would be around $10 too.

Seems like they are legit.
