I say Perk as well.

But I've also had a few issues with Perk. But they have so many apps I'm sure you could find a few that work for your devices.

Adlove too, but it isn't as great as before. Rewardable is better than Adlove

Perk is not available in many other countries like here in Denmark, Sweden...
But app trailers is pretty good!
