Scour
Just read about this new app called Scour. It's apparently stable and actually credits 1 pt for every video watched. No other offers. Supposed to be completely passive which makes me happy. Payouts are in the form of Paypal. 1500 points gets you $5. I didn't see a device limit.

Whelp... That was short lived and somewhat disappointing. Checked my phone this morning and there were not very many credits added to it. My assumption is that there were not enough adds as it is a new app. I burned through all of the adds for the USA in what appears to be very short order.
So yeah, disappointing but I think I'll keep an eye on it and see if they expand the capability over the next couple months; because from what I say the app ran waaaaaay better than yoolotto and check points.
