I had the same problem. Last time AT had problems with Paypal the paypal option didn't show up in the redeem section but this time it was there and went through as normal, but nothing ever showed up in account - and didn't show in history either (even though points were deducted from balance.) It will probably get resolved soon - but they obviously have some issues that have to be addressed.

 It is running good but frequently, they have issues with Paypal. It's never long but you have to wait.
