Here it is, this is David's post on the facebook group about him getting paid $25. So i guess it is pretty legit, they keep updating the app and the crashing no longer happens.

It will go into your available balance in 3rd of every new month. Then it will reset and you need to watch, get your balance and after that, next month it will go to your available balance. You can only cashout with available balance. So if your balance of June is $20, and it's not yet the next month. You can't use that balance to cashout yet.

You don't understand you can ask support. Or read the ATTENTION message. Overall it will go to your available balance a bit later. It resets because May is not June. June and May earnings are separated. How do people explain this.
