 I know the app I've used it but then I stopped and now others are saying it's a spam so that's why I got confused and said things that made me sound like a noob

This is weird, I get paid every time and have been paid around 4 or 5 times now. I dunno why this could have happened, maybe you put the wrong paypal email in or something I don't know. All I know is they pay me all the time.

People aren't getting paid because they're attempting to exploit it. Run it normal on 1 phone and it works fine

They just created app and paying with no support or service. Its thinking just like adsense@!!! :P
