Is Fronto available only in the US?

I use Fronto I'm in the US, I do not download apps so the $ is slowly earned. The points apparently have an expiration date though. I just downloaded Slidejoy, the points add up quicker. Plus they have scratch cards to earn more "carots". If Fronto is not available for you try Slidejoy. I haven't cashed out on either yet...
