Perk TV Paypal Redeem requirements

Hey guys, more than one time my Paypal gift card from Perk was canceled, why this is happ to me? I have my paypal account linked with a card from mastercard but i dont have the bank account! What should i do to get money on paypal from perk?

Contact the support and they should tell you why it was cancelled. It could be as your account isn't verified like you said
