It's now been 6 days, and I still can not redeem reward. There is that little bubble thing that pops up stating there was an error in processing, and please try again later. WHAT EXACTLY DOES THAT MEAN? Every day, I email support, and no one in support has the courtesy to reply. I have checked with paypal, to make sure all information is the same.I just don't know what the problem is, and without a reply...can't find out!
Any ideas or advise that anyone can give me (that's logical) would be appreciated.
I DON'T WANT TO KEEP USING THIS APP. IF THEY AREN'T GOING TO PAY ME!

I have gotten that exact error msg many times, I just try again the next day, starting to worry now on day 4 of trying....

Yeah was able to cashout today... My own fault I forgot I had payment pending so once I gat paid then I withdrew agan with no problem Good luck all

Have you tried asking for bitcoins? Maybe they could do like BTCspin. It's actually more useful
