Cash Phone or Cash Computer Poll: Android Tablet
How should I categorize them?
Well here's how I would do it for various device types:
** Mobile form-factors would be Phones, Tablets, Smartwatches, Headsets (like Google Glass), etc. Desktop form-factors would be Desktop PCs, Laptops, Convertables (those computers with screens that detach into Tablet or flip backwards), Set-Top Boxes (like Apple TV/Roku/NVIDIA Shield TV/etc), etc
tl;dr: It's always a Cash Computer no matter the OS or form-factor UNLESS it's a Mobile OS in Mobile form-factor so an Android Tablet would be Cash Computer.
- If it runs a Mobile OS* and in a Mobile form-factor**, then a Cash Phone.
- If it runs a Mobile OS* and in a Desktop form-factor**, then a Cash Computer.

I agree with the points you madeWell here's how I would do it for various device types:
* Mobile OSes would be Android, iOS, Windows 10 Mobile (Specifically the Mobile edition formally known as Windows Phone, not normal), Ubuntu Phone, Firefox OS, etc. Desktop OSes would be Windows (10/8/7/etc), macOS (formally OS X), Linux distros (Ubuntu Desktop, Arch, Debian, Gentoo, etc.), BSD distros (FreeBSD), etc.
