Perk unlock & win- monument valley

Has anyone successfully gotten their 2000 perk points for downloading this game on amazon underground? I downloaded it earlier, and until now i havent gotten my points. Do i have to play a certain amount of levels before they credit?

Contact support if the offer doesn't credit. I've never gotten this one to credit either.

I been having problems on unlock & win i'm not getting any points and tokens on this app i don't know if I was the only one having a problem with it.
