Moderator applications? What would you guys think?

If the forum gets big Joe is probably going to need some more moderators, what do you think about asking him to create a moderator application process / format??

I would love being a moderator. I assume that the forum is going big :D but that's nice. Btw i try to robb Fly three times but i failed :p
